Wayne Bertram Williams was born on May 27, 1958.
He was believed to have perpetrated the Atlanta Child Murders of 1979-1981. After being convicted of two murders, and sentenced to life imprisonment, authorities quickly closed 22 other unsolved murders, declaring Wayne Williams to have been the perpetrator of all.
