Gerald Hand, of Delaware County, Ohio was convicted, on June 4, 2003, of two counts of aggravated murder. It would appear that his wives had the terrible habit of getting themselves murdered while being married to Gerald. In all, there were three. Gerald was found guilty of these deaths and sentenced to die himself. He was originally scheduled to be executed on September 8, 2003, however his appeals delayed his execution. He was set to be executed May 17, 2023.
Update: Gerald Robert Hand was scheduled to be executed on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility near Mansfield, Ohio. His execution has been delayed yet again and is now scheduled for June 17, 2026.
