Seventeen-year-old Mikael Neciosup, a student at Atascocita High School, was arrested after shooting a 16-year-old classmate who was trying to buy marijuana from him. The victim suffered wounds to the foot and torso which were not life-threatening. Neciosup posted Snapchat videos mocking deputies and bragging about the shooting as he was being arrested. He was charged with aggravated assault and is being held on bond.
